Hidden talents craft show

This Saturday and Sunday was a success at The Hidden Talents Craft Show! I even had a few really sweet friends come out to help me set up, brought me lunch and helped me break down my table. I missed my Patty from Dreaming Turtles Designs being at my side but I was really lucky to have great people to sell next too. I was even able to get some Christmas presents locally. Buying handmade and local is always good in my book :)

What I've been up to

Still keeping busy and creating. This is a recent in progress of a work I just finished for a friend's wedding. I am preparing for my first craft show this month since I sold at the farmers market. I'm excited! Details to come. 

Downton Abbey Season Four

I can't wait for the latest season of Downton Abbey to air tonight on PBS. I will be glued to my screen tonight, while drinking plenty of hot tea.

Winter Palette

I may not be able to draw or paint right now but there are still many things I can do that I enjoy. Yesterday I explored my parent's property in the crisp air. Even though I love it there when everything is intense green and full of life..... I have to admit the winter palette colors are just as beautiful. 

Welcome New Horizons

I will be absent for a few weeks. I broke my right hand and I am out of commission. I was so excited to use my new drawing desk too. I will post photos soon when I am healed. In the mean time, I wish everyone a new beginning.

My birthday and Christmas was perfect and more than I could have hoped for. I hope that everyone was as lucky as I was this year to be surrounded by so much love and family.
